Abstract
The work that this report is based upon has been carried out at department 36 FOA Linköping during the winter and spring of 99-00. To get a knowledge of what geometries are most preferable from radar-cross-section point of view a great deal of calculations have been made on simple objects such as plane polygons. These calculations made with the physical-optics program Radbase are the base for a number of RCS-reduction rules presented in chapter 4. These rules are later applied to an UAV in chapter 7 to reduce the RCS. The results achieved have been good and show on an average reduction of the RCS by more than 20 dBsm.
