Electrooptical mine detection 1999-2000

This report concerns activities in electrooptical mine detection during 1999 and 2000. It reports on performed measurements, obtained results, thermodynamic model calculations, information activities and future work. Measurements in test areas and a gravel road have been performed. Images have been analysed by using image process algorithms, and the measured data was compared to calculated values from the theoretical model.
