FOAs environmental research for the defence sector. A compilation of reports published 1995-2000

Environmental research for the defence has been conducted since the fiscal year 1994/1995. This report is a compilation of abstracts for all 43 reports published as FOA-R-reports during the period 1995-2000, that is reports published within the former authority National Defence Research Establishment. The reports have been classified into the subject areas below: Future studies, Preventive modelling, Ecotoxicological studies, Environmentally toxic substances in ammunition, Methods for destruction of ammunition, Explosives in the environment, Environmental risk assessment of dumped ammunition, Environmental risk assessment of shooting ranges and military establishments, Environmental effects and war, Annual reports. The main part of the research has been financed by the Armed Forces. Other customers are the Ministry of Defence, the National Fortifications Administration, Swedish Rescue Services Agency and Bofors AB.
