Abstract

This report summarises the current progress of the work conducted jointly by FOI and FMV (Swedish Defence Material Administration) in the field of Network Centric Warfare. The main focus of the report is on the development of concepts, units, and systems for the Swedish Armed Forces in a 2020 time frame. The focus for this year´s war gaming activities has been on international operations far away from Sweden. Structures for a networked based Defence are proposed, containing a mixture between old and new units and systems.
