Description of the "IR/mm-wave" data acquistion system: the PRF-generator

This report describes the special trigger genertor (PRF-generating), one of the components, in the measuring experimental system that is under development in the "IR/mm project". The document describes the hardware construction and the design of the FPGA. The document also describes the connections to other moduls in the measuring experimental system.
