Annual report 2005 on FOI's research on modelling and simulation

This report summarises the research from the fiscal year 2005 within the Swedish Defence Research Agency in the domain of Modelling and Simulation (M&S). In the report you will find a summing-up of the aim and direction of the research domain and the national and international development. The results of the research are summarised and the activities in each project are described. FOI research into M&S is aimed at supporting the Swedish Armed Forces by developing and assessing technologies, methodologies and tools to be used in a range of modelling and simulation applications. Efforts have been made to increase the competence in modelling and simulation generally as well as within specific areas.
