By mid 2006 the EU crisis co-ordination arrangements (EU-CCA) was implemented on interim basis. In this report the EU-CCA is described and analysed with both a focus on the arrangements´ shortcomings in face of its further development and on what the arrangements brings to the Swedish crisis preparedness system in terms of added values and demands.
