Generating aerodynamic data for analysis and simulation

When simulating missions for aerial vehicles, aerodynamic data are of fundamental importance. The project "Aerodynamisk modellering" (Aerodynamic modelling) within the Systems Technology Division of FOI aims at paving the way for a smooth flow of data for such applications. The report presents a mthodology for genereration of aerodynamic data bases for analysis of stability, control, performance and for simulation. A specific example is used to demonstrate how that data basis is contructed.
