Measurement system for polarization curves in flowing water

Measurements of polarization curves make it possible to understand and predict corrosion. Knowledge of the polarization curves can assist in choosing materials in the design phase of new marine vessels. Advanced computational software can use information from polarization curves to predict the resulting electric signature of surface ships, submarines and other underwater vehicles. This report describes an automated measurement system for water parameters and polarization curves.
