As a complement to the now concluded FOI project "The Dependence on Electronic Systems of Civil Aviation as seen from a Terrorist Perspective", the present report aims at facilitating further studies including gaming. The report compiles a number of possible situations or vignettes to form a broad and systematic base for such studies. These studies are presumed to involve analysis, development and assessment of various protective measures, and evaluation by simulations and gaming. The scenarios are chosen such as to illustrate both potential impact of the perpetrator actions, and the protective effect of various precautions and countermeasures.
