Combat Task Analysis

The objective of this combat task analysis is to identify and describe tactical scenarios and situations with a focus on small arms in dismounted combat. This work supports the SWAF small arms study. A method for scenario generation has been developed and used for creating two scenarios that have been described thoroughly. The scenarios conform to the doctrine development carried out at the Swedish Land Warfare Centre. Finally we have completed a preparatory work that illustrates the possibility to use the method "Analytical Hierarchy Process", AHP, within the project.
