Short manual for SILVIA9.0/MMI

SILVIA is a model for air defence assessment at technical level in tactical environment. The model has resently been given an object oriented structure, been moved to WINDOWS/NT environment and been given a new MMI. Due to that the MMI and the specification do not match entirely and that there are some known bugs and traps this short manual was written. The manual shows one way to make a simulation case and the intention is that this manual will help people to start using the new MMI.
