The Swedish Defence Research Agency (FOI) has conducted a study concerning Decision Superiority (DS). The study is sponsored by the Swedish Armed Forces and has been carried out in co-operation with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV). The study on DS has had its focus on a process, which gives a concrete form to a vision for decision superiority in a future system for command, control and communication.
