Templates from estimation of risk areas after a dissemination of B agents have been formulated based on earlier studies and a first computer version of these B-templates has been programmed. The templates can be used for small releases, e.g. terrorist attacks, as well as for large-scale attacks, within and outside Sweden. Based on a large number of computer simulations, a basis for, and suggestion to, C templates for small attacks, has been put together. The new templates can be used at attacks during international missions as well as within Sweden. Risks for civilians when evacuated through an area contaminated with a C agent, have been summarized.
