Annual report 2003 on NBC-studies

This report summarises the results of the research program NBC-studies at FOI during the fiscal year 2003. The work covers research and studies for the Armed Forces and the KBM concerning protection Against NBC-weapons. The work has been directed towards o breathing hazards from clouds of chemical- and biological weapons. o detection of B-agents with fluorescence technique o development of an NBC decision support system o new concepts for protection against NBC-weapons o study of consequences of terrorism and the use of NBC-agents o suggest topics for long-term research aiming to enhance the capability to foresee and handle NBC incidents within the civilian crisis management system
