Quo Vadis, World?

Since some time ago the worldis in a formative phase, i.e. a new structure in international politics is under development. How it eventually will look is impossible to say. The aim of this study is therefore limited to describing a spectrum of possible future structures and their conseguences. To start with a number of experts wrote scenarios for different actors. Some contextual factors which complemented or challenged the scenarios were also described. Using this material and other relevant sources a number of structures of the future were developed. In this connection the attributes of the structures, their relative probabilities and their dynamic interactions were discussed.
