Natural environment modelling/Dynamic terrain - Year report 2005

This report summarizes the work during 2005 for the research and technology development projects Synthetic natural environment modelling and Dynamic Terrain. The projects deals with development of methods and techniques for producing high resolution environment models and treatment of changes in environment models caused by e.g. simulated effects, tracks etc respectively. Main activities during the year: * New and further development of methods and techniques for production of detailed basic data for synthetic natural environment modelling and participation in international evaluations. * Studies and tests of methods for integration concerning application specific environment models. * Competence development and contemporary studies concerning methods and techniques for dynamic terrain. Initial work on concept and concept illustration. * Knowledge transfer and support to other projects within FOI and to studies and projects within FM and FMV
