User centric situation awareness: Assessing adversary organization and future events

We present two ideas on how observations and intelligence information in an asymmetric conflict scenario could be used for increased situation awareness: 1. Capabilities-based force aggregation - A method for assessing the intent of the adversary based on its observed resources. 2. Designing and using the so-called Impact matrix - A method for estimating the probability that certain hypotetical events will take place. These ideas have been illustrated with prototype software demonstrators presented during september 2006.
