Abstract
The final account of the defence research project ´Värdering telekrig i E/O-sensorer och målsökare´ executed with financial support from the Swedish Armed Forces. Its objective is to collect knowledge and to build resource´s doing tests and trials with E/O sensors and homing devices. The work has been concentrated on producing resources to be used within the assessment of simulation models for sensors and homing devices through tests in realistic environments. The work included also discussions about methods of electronic warfare assessment of E/Osystems. The project has been carried through during 2005-2006. A resource used to aim sensors or homing devices at moving targets, a moving optical platform, constructed and build during an earlier phase of the project, has been tested at signature measurements on two occasions at field tests at site FFK, Karlsborg. The report describes some of the changes performed suggested and motivated by the field tests or by other users. The report also accounts the discussion about the method of assessment of E/Osystems especially DIRCM and missile warning systems. Conclusion drawn from the work with the optical motion platform is that its functional and that the platform works well as a part of the necessary infrastructure making tests and field trials. As example are the signature measurements of different platforms and counter measure systems performed at the field tests.
