Abstract
The Human Performance Assessment project has during 2004-2006 developed and tested a wide range of measurement techniques suitable for assessment of cognitive aspects of human performance. Mental workload, situation awareness, performance and cooperation quality have been central concepts. In the report a summary of all the activities of the project is provided, including descriptions of how the developed methodology has been used. The report provides several examples of how the development of the measurement methodology has been coordinated with other research and system acquisition projects in order to secure that the methodology development is tightly coupled with current pragmatic Armed Forces issues. The project has also been the foundation for several international research collaborations which also are described in the report.
