Abstract

In this report, a survey of FOI research on C3I during 2006 is summarized. The Swedish Armed Forces R&T programme within this area has consisted of 12 research projects. One more project has been accomplished in collaboration with the research area Electronic Warfare. These are briefly described to its contents and results. Also the national as well as the international development of the area is briefly described. The C3I area has been divided into 4 sub areas Decision Support, Information Security, Concepts and Methodology for Command & Control and Wireless Telecommunications. The research has been focused on supporting the SwAF development of its abilities within Command & Control, Information Processing and Effects in the Information Arena.
