Information models and indicators for situation and threat description

This report describes current work on information models and indicators to describe situations and threats. The text focuses on information models that can be used by decision support tools currently being researched at FOI. The report starts with a brief literature survey, followed by a chapter on the information models used to describe observations reports and situations in Semantic MilWiki and a chapter about indicators. This chapter contains, among other thins, a suggested classification of indicators. Both chapters describe models that will be used in Impactorium as well as in a situation visualisation application.
