Abstract

This report summarizes the results from the project, Physical CBRN protection and decontamination, 2008-2010. The report shows the results from C-decontamination, testing of new types of reactive materials and coatings in a laboratory environment, and environmental and health aspects of these new materials, development of characterization methods for the personal physical protection against CBRN, and thermal load of CBRN suits at different climates. Trends in respirators, filter and respirator fit testing and a summary of the open levels and toxicology data for CWA are described.
