The project "Post-Blast Analysis of IED in Support of Swedish Armed Forces C-IED Exploitation Activities" has proceeded during 2012. Continuous experience and information gathering has taken place within the project. A number of post-blast trials have been performed at different seasons and at different ground and weather conditions. A number of IEDs have been detonated and evaluated. Analysis data received within the project has resulted in a continued build-up of technical post-blast knowledge at FOI. FOI experience from performed post-blast trials and other, existing knowledge of HME and IED manufacture has been transferred to the Swedish Armed Forces during 2012.
