The project Maintaining knowledge in ballistics is a long term activity in which FOI shall be responsible for maintenance and development of competence in areas related to indirect fire with howitzers and mortars. This report summarize the activities conducted during 2016, as they were presented at a meeting on November 23rd, and some other topics discussed at the same meeting. In addition to a summary of what was presented at the meeting meeting notes are also included, whereby this report also acts as a documentation of the meeting. The main purposes of the meeting were to inform participants of ongoing activities related to indirect fire, not limited to activities within the project, and to discuss proposals of activities that can be done as part of the project in the future.
