This report evaluates simulation results and experimental measurement data from detonations of conventional explosives and thermobaric explosives in Ingvars tunnel, Älvdalen. The aim of this work is to evaluate the blast effect from thermobaric and conventional explosives and describe how it varies with the positioning of the charge with respect to the entrance to the tunnel. Also how the charge type affects among others the pressure and impulse from an explosion inside a tunnel system is to be investigated. The results have showed that it is the charge weight and the distance from the tunnel entrance that affect the performance of the explosives.
