Abstract

During 2019 and 2020, FOI has financed the project MaterialTeknik2050, in which a method for technology watch and evaluation of new technologies for defence applications has been developed. The project has also followed the development in highly interesting material technologies such as graphene and additive manufacturing. As the technologies are still developing fast, the report contains suggestion for important areas to continue to survey and how the methodology can be used in the future.
